at weekends表示某個具體的周末；on weekends表示特定的的某個周末（比較正式用法）。on是特定的某個時間，例如在某件事正發(fā)生當天，風和日麗的一天；或者年，世紀。weekends是周末，weekends是特定的兩天，而不是隨便一天中的某個時刻，用on。而at是周或者小時的介詞。
