沒有suggest sb to do用法，一般是suggest+doing sth，或suggest +(that )+主語+(should) do+sth ，其中的should 可以省略。

1、suggest+doing sth

例句：He suggested going out for a walk.

注意：suggest 不可以加不定式，所以上面的句子不可以這樣寫：

He suggested to go out for a walk.

2、suggest +(that )+主語+(should) do+sth 其中的should 可以省略

例句：He suggested that you should go there tomorrow.=He suggested you go there tomorrow.

注意：不可以這樣說：He suggested you to go there tomorrow.

當suggest作“建議，提議”講而又表示與現(xiàn)實相反或難以實現(xiàn)時，后面的從句用虛擬語氣，即suggest （that）sb.+(should) do sth.

1. I suggest we gather enough firewood to last the night.

我建議大家撿足夠多的木柴來撐過這一晚。

2. It is wrong to suggest that there are easy alternatives.

如果認為有更容易的選擇,那就錯了。
