used to表示過去的習(xí)慣性動(dòng)作，過去如此，現(xiàn)在不再這樣了。常譯作“過去常常”。be used to表示“被用來做某事”。used to是“過去常常做什么”，后接動(dòng)詞原形。be used to是“習(xí)慣做什么”，后接名詞和動(dòng)名詞(ing)。

1、It cannot be used to bond wood to metal.

這不能把木料粘貼在金屬上。

2、Computer software can be used to simulate conditions on the seabed.

計(jì)算機(jī)軟件可用于模擬海底狀況。

3、The money will be used to regenerate the commercial heart of the town.

這筆錢將用來進(jìn)展壯大市鎮(zhèn)的商業(yè)中心。

這與我所習(xí)慣的大不相同。

2、We're used to the noise from the traffic now.
