help sb to do sth里的to是可以省略的，基本等于help sb do sth。如果非要深究，help sb to do sth是幫助者做，help sb do sth是幫助者與被幫助者共同做，但是一般不會(huì)這么較真的。沒有help sb doing sth這種說法。

1.help to do sth.意為“幫助做某事”。

2.help sb. to do sth.意為“幫助某人做某事”，其中，不定式符號(hào)to可以省略。

3.help sb. with sth.意為“幫助某人做某事”或“在……方面幫助某人”。有時(shí)在上下文意思清晰時(shí)，與help sb. (to) do sth.意思相近。

4.help oneself(to)+名詞，意為“請(qǐng)隨便吃……”。這是款待客人的常用語，oneself有人稱和數(shù)的變化。

5.with the help of sb.或with one's help，意為“在某人的幫助下”。這里的with不可用under來代替。

6.習(xí)慣句式中的help：

Could you help me, please?你能幫助我嗎？

May I help you?/Can I help you?我可以幫助你嗎？
